Welcome to Spades with Friends! By accessing or using our game, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before playing. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the game.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 By downloading, installing, or using Spades with Friends (the “Game”), you agree to these Terms and any additional policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy.

1.2 These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you (“Player”) and Spades with Friends LLC (“Company”), the owner and operator of the Game.

2. Eligibility

2.1 You must be at least 13 years of age to play the Game. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Game.

2.2 You agree to comply with all local, state, national, and international laws and regulations when using the Game.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Players must create an account to access certain features of the Game, including multiplayer functionality.

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.3 The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

4. Gameplay

4.1 Spades with Friends offers both single-player and multiplayer modes with the following options:

• High Aces
• Big Joker Little
• Big Joker Little Joker Duce
• Big Joker Little Joker Duce Duce

4.2 Players can set the number of hands and the bet amount before starting a game. Game outcomes determine whether players win or lose coins.

4.3 Standard spades mechanics apply, and the Company reserves the right to update game rules to enhance gameplay.

5. Virtual Coins and In-App Purchases

5.1 Players can purchase virtual coins (“Coins”) through in-app purchases (IAP) or Apple Store and Google Play (IAS).

5.2 Coins can be used for:

• Purchasing avatar outfits, emotes, phrases, and board cosmetics

5.3 Coins have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash. All coin purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

6. Prohibited Conduct

6.1 Players may not:

• Use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized software.
• Harass, threaten, or engage in offensive behavior towards other players.
• Transfer or sell accounts or Coins to other players.

6.2 The Company reserves the right to take action against accounts engaging in prohibited conduct, including suspension or termination.

7. User-Generated Content

7.1 Players can customize avatars, use emotes, and interact with others in the Game. All content must comply with community standards.

7.2 The Company is not responsible for user-generated content but reserves the right to remove inappropriate or offensive material.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content, graphics, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with Spades with Friends are the property of the Company.

8.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the Game for personal entertainment purposes only.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

9.1 The Game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9.2 The Company is not responsible for any loss of Coins, gameplay interruptions, or errors caused by technical issues, unauthorized access, or other factors.

9.3 To the extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability is limited to the amount you have paid to use the Game in the last six months.

10. Termination

10.1 The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Game at any time for violations of these Terms or other applicable policies.

10.2 Upon termination, you forfeit any Coins or in-app purchases associated with your account.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Houston Texas.

11.2 Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Game will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Texas Arbitration Act.

12. Changes to Terms

12.1 The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting.

12.2 Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
